The connector does not have UL approval as a complete item (see this Support Article), but we can confirm the UL file number for the plastic used. For this item, the UL file is QMFZ2.E107854.
Is it OK to use 2 x high power contact M80-PF5 with housing M80-263F102-00-00 – there appears to be only 1mm separation?
Yes, it’s OK to use the high power contacts with these housings. In test report HT040xx, you will see the testing was carried out on kit M80-4000000F1-02-PF5-00-000 – which is the kit of M80-PF5 and housing M80-263F102-00-00 supplied together.
The test report shows the derating values when tested with increasing contact quantities in these same housings, on 4mm pitch.
