Is the only difference between part numbers M50-3100345 & M50-3120345 that the former (M50-3100345) is 1mm taller than the other?

The 1mm height difference is the most significant difference, but it is not the only difference. There are also small differences in the span across the SMT tails, and the location of the contact point below the top of the connector.
