Frequently Asked Questions Ask a Question
Do the cables connect PIN 1 to PIN 1 of the connectors at the two ends and so on?
Yes, these cable assemblies are contact 1 to contact 1, contact 2 to contact 2 and so on. This is specified on the Technical Drawing, available under Downloads.

What is the minimum bend radius of the 26 AWG wires to be used with G125-FC11005L0-0150F at the connector end?
Typically the signal wires used on our cable assemblies are rated between 6 and 10 times the cable diameter (it can vary between specific cable manufacturers). The diameter of the 26AWG wire is typicfally around 0.8mm, so you should allow for 8mm bend radius. It might be possible to bend tighter, but you might want to consider your own long-term testing if this is critical to your design.

What is the process or technician training certification ensured for pre-crimped and wired connectors?
Our operators assembling all our cable assemblies are trained to IPC-A-620 requirements, as well as our own specific tooling instructions for the products involved.

Do you have a tool to help separate this connector when it is latched to the mating half?
The tool you need is the Z125-9261000 – this will help push in the two latch buttons when the connectors are engaged, so you can then separate the mated connectors. Consult the training video for more information on using this tool. It is also possible to push in the two buttons by hand as well, if you have good access.
