If you're logged into your account successfully, but the website won't allow you to download any CAD files, it may be that:
- You have a distributor-level account. Due to our Non-Disclosure Agreement requirement, our distribution partners are disabled from accessing CAD models. If you're trying to download a CAD model for a customer, please ask the customer to register on Harwin.com and access the file themselves.
- Your account has been blocked by the Web team. This could be because you didn't complete the application process accurately. Please contact the Webmaster to discuss releasing your account.
