Product design, tooling and Harwin-built automatic assembly machines are subject to Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Design for Assembly (DFA) and other strict, quality control procedures prior to production.
Statistical Process Control (SPC) techniques monitor the production process. Our goal is Sigma 6 (zero defects).
