Harwin offers a wide variety of high reliability cable to board connectors enabling enormous design flexibility in high vibration environments. Delivering high reliability in a small package, members of the company’s M80 Datamate family will suit applications in mission-and safety-critical applications in industrial, aerospace, military, medical and research projects.

The Male & Female crimp connectors are available in 1, 2 & 3 row versions, can accommodate mixed technology with signal power and coax (Mix-Tek) and have a variety of fixing options including locking latch, friction latch and jackscrews. Mouldings are polarised to prevent mis-mating. Other options include back-potting which provides additional strain relief and prevents ingress of contaminants and hood kits which also provide additional strain relief as well as a good user interface for regular de-mating.

Harwin also provides a cable assembly service – both for small to medium volume orders and for large production runs.
