Hedley joined Harwin in 2002 as CEM Business Development Manager, a role he occupied for just over a year before moving into the role of Distribution Manager.

Previously having 20 years experience in the electronics industry, Hedley began his career as Connector Product Manager for a Harwin distributor. Hedley quickly progressed within this role and moved to another global connector company as country manager for the United Kingdom where he was responsible for business development through OEM and distribution channels.

Mark joined Harwin in 2003 as the Datamate Product Engineer having previously been a Sales Manager in the electronics sector for 12 years.

A HND in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering kick started Mark's career when he decided to move into a technical sales role.

On joining Harwin Mark was initially responsible for new product introductions within the Datamate family where his skills in engineering and sales allowed him to be successful from both a commercial and technical point of view. Mark worked extensively with the distribution network from a training and visiting perspective and was the ideal choice when the opportunity for promotion within the field of Distributor Management arose.

Graham started his career in the Navy and gained training and experience working on radar and telecommunication equipment. On leaving naval service he joined a defense equipment manufacturer as a member of a design and development team working on a new generation of tracking radar. To develop his interest in commerce and with the experience of designing in components, he moved into marketing working for a connector manufacturer in the role of sales applications engineer. Promoted to Product Manager he spent more than 20 years in sales and marketing with international connector manufacturers. Graham joined Harwin in 2005 in the position of Commercial Manager bringing a wealth of experience to the role.

Nik graduated in 1996 with a degree in Product Design with Marketing from the Southampton Institute. His career started as a Production Engineer within the electronics manufacturing industry. Developing systems for solder fume extraction, Nik's role evolved into Industrial Design Engineer, where he had responsibility for Product Design of new products and providing support to Production and Quality departments. The role also included extensive supplier liaison.

In 2000 Nik moved into a Product Design role in the marine industry, responsible for Product Design and development of safety beacons. This role entailed a great deal of testing and development for new products, before moving to Harwin in 2004.

Nik began his career at Harwin working within Product Design for custom connectors where he developed a good understanding of customer interconnect requirements on a global level. With his solid background in design engineering and experience within the customer setting Nik was the ideal candidate when the opportunity for a position in business development arose.

Bran joined Harwin in 1998 as Assistant Marketing Manager for the Asian region. Before joining Harwin, he had 5 years electronics industry experience, providing VLSI interconnect solution to the back-end semiconductor industry for testing and prototyping. Bran's career through Harwin includes a period as Marketing Manager. Today, as a Country Manager of Harwin Asia, in the Sales and Marketing Division for the Asia Pacific Region, his Role and Responsibilities covers direct Sales account channel, advertising and promotions as well as trade shows and exhibitions in Asia.

Trevor joined Harwin in 1999, and has been involved extensively in Harwin's support operations covering supply chain management, quality assurance, and, customer and engineering support. He began his career in Harwin managing the supply chain operations, and providing pre and post sale customer services, ranging from product specifications to quality and engineering support. With his vast product knowledge acquired over the years, Trevor has now been appointed Assistant Distribution Manager of Asia Pacific region, providing various custom-designed interconnection solutions for Harwin customers. His ability to perform under pressure, coupled with flair in logistic management gained through his national service as a military officer, mean Trevor is poised to provide overall sales and marketing support to Harwin direct customers and distributors in the region.
