Mark Herbert
EMS Corporate Manager
Mark began his Harwin career in 2003 as a Product Engineer, a role in which he gained a great deal of connector experience - from offering technical support, to developing product extensions. Mark had previously worked for 12 years in Sales Management in the electronics industry, and before this in a technical engineering capacity.
Steve Miller
Business Development, UK Region
Steve joined Harwin in 2010 from an extensive background in Sales; he has been a supervisor of the Customer Services team, working with numerous direct customers. He now works in the UK outside-sales role, developing and supporting customers through their design stages.
Wolfgang Pohl
Director of Sales, Germany/Austria
Wolfgang manages the Harwin Germany office and brings a wealth of knowledge to the company. Following his Electro-Technical education, Wolfgang spent 10 years working in the distribution network in a Field sales and technical support role. His knowledge of the local market is key to the success of Harwin in the central areas of Europe.
Gavin Darling
Regional Sales Manager, Northern Europe
Gavin is responsible for sales in Northern Europe and has a wealth of experience in connector manufacturing and Distribution sales. Previously employed by a number of broad-line distributors and leading connector manufacturers, Gavin's career in electronics dates back to the early 90s when he started out as a Product Manager at a Harwin distributor.
Daniel Guillot
Director of Sales, France
Daniel Guillot has been working in the electronics industry since 1976, with over 14 years spent in the field of connectors and assembly equipment as sales manager and 20 years in the plastic and metal hardware for electronic as general manager. Daniel joined Harwin to support regional sales development and heads up the French operation.
Graham Cunningham
Product Manager
Graham came to Harwin following a career in the Navy, a global defense equipment manufacturer and 20 years in sales & marketing for a number of global connector manufacturers. Graham joined Harwin in 2005 in the position of Commercial Manager bringing with him a wealth of knowledge and experience.
Paul Gillam
Product Manager
Paul joined Harwin in 2004, bringing an extensive experience in Product Design & Technical Management roles, with companies including ITT Cannon, Molex, Robinson Nugent, FCI and Richco. Currently responsible for product development in the Industrial and EZ-BoardWare ranges.

Bill Neukomm
Vice President for Sales and Marketing
Bill joined Harwin in 1997 as Sales Manager for the Component Assembly Systems Division of Harwin, Inc. Bill brought with him not only a huge amount of experience of electronic components and assembly techniques, but an understanding of running companies, having been General Manager at a number of start up businesses looking to enter the US market.
Doug Steele
Global VP Catalogue Distribution
Doug joined Harwin in 1996, following a career in the US Navy as a Nuclear Power Engineer, where he earned both a Bachelor of Science Degree and a Masters Degree. Doug went on to become a Nuclear Propulsion Plant (Submarines) supervisor before joining Harwin in a Technical Support role. He now looks after catalogue distribution on a global level.
Dave Timmons
Western Regional Sales Manager
David Timmons has been working in the electronics industry since 1982, with over 25 years spent in the fields of connectors and assembly equipment. In 2009, David joined Harwin as the Western Regional Sales manager working with Harwin's independent sales representatives in the 11 western United States, western Canada and Mexico.
Steve Kalbach
Mid-West Regional Sales Manager
Following a career with the Chicago Police department, Steve's experience of the electronics market began whilst working for a manufacturer's rep in the Chicago area. Steve represented a number of leading manufacturers and had a great deal of success with Harwin's CAS division before joining Harwin as an employee in 2007.
Chuck Saba
Eastern Regional Sales Manager
With 25 years in the cable & interconnect industries, Chuck brings good depth of knowledge to Harwin. Having served in various Engineering & Sales roles allows him to understand customers' applications, & propose the right solution. Chuck works with independent sales representatives in Eastern US states & Canadian Provinces.

Bran Lim
Asian Manufacturing Operation Manager
Bran joined Harwin in 1998 as Assistant Marketing Manager for the Asian region. Before joining Harwin, he had 5 years electronics industry experience providing VLSI interconnect solution to the semiconductor test industry. Bran's career through Harwin includes a period as Marketing Manager before arriving as a Country Manager.
Meizy Loo
Assistant Sales Desk Manager
Meizy joined Harwin in 2008 and has been involved in supply chain management and engineering support. With her vast knowledge in service operation to distributors within the Asia region, Meizy has now been appointed as Assistant Sales Desk Manager, to better service the customers.
