Mouser stocks Datamate New Products in Depth

Extended wall Datamate enables back potting which prevents moisture and debris contamination of the contact area

Pre crimped cable assemblies feature optional latches for additional strain relief

Mouser, the Nationwide US distributor has announced their plans to stock in depth new additions to the Datamate range. New products now available from Mouser include Extended Wall J-Tek Datamate and L-Tek cable assemblies.

Both products are extensions of the 2mm pitch, high reliability Datamate product family.

Extended Wall connectors allow less expensive back potting as an effective alternative to overmolding the connectors. Both male and female jackscrew connectors include the deeper connector shell that prevents moisture or debris contamination of the contact area.

L-Tek cable assemblies come fitted with 18" leads and speed the production process by removing the cable preparation and crimping procedure.

Datamate is commercially-off-the-shelf product family that derives its reliability from the four finger beryllium copper contact design and unique high vibration latching options. It has been used successfully for challenging applications in avionics, military, industrial electronics, medical, and marine electronics.
