Harwin deal adds Datamate hi-performance connector range to Mouser catalogue

Harwin Inc has signed a deal with catalogue and online distributor, Mouser Electronics. Comments Doug Steele, distribution Manager at Harwin: "We are delighted to partner with Mouser, one of the fastest growing electronics distributors in North America. Mouser is dedicated to supplying its customers with the latest new products, and the only catalog distributor of electronic components to issue a new 1,500 page print catalog every 90 days."

Harwin is featured as a new supplier of interconnect products on Mouser's Website. Highlighted is Datamate, a professional range of 2mm pitch connectors suitable for any high-performance application that offers superior connector performance at a reasonable price.. Datamate connectors are small rugged connectors that carry 3.0 amps per contact, with both latching and jackscrew options for high vibration environments. Datamate connectors can be used for wire-to-wire, wire-to-board, and board-to-board applications. The connectors feature a screw machined outer shell inserted with a four-finger beryllium copper contact for optimum performance. PC tail and SMT options are available.

According to Mouser President and CEO Glenn Smith, the distribution agreement with Harwin is in keeping with the distributor's business model of continuing to offer the newest, most innovative products and the latest technologies to its customers.
